Minor changes: Clears unused times from Times Settings fields. Warns of improper "-" in 'DATES OFF' at time of entry
instead of at time of schedule generation. Properly interprets 'DATES OFF' entries regardless of the
order of the dates. Example: Both '15-30' and '30-15' are accepted as proper.
